A $40 fee applies to all missed appointments as that session had been reserved especially for YOU and cannot easily be filled at such short notice.
If I can’t get in touch with you in the way that we arranged within 10 minutes of your appointment time, I will deduce that you are not going to present for your session.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know 24 hours before your appointment and we can find another time and day. Please take note that a $40 fee applies to all cancellation/re-scheduling requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Once your session time begins there are no refunds.
How do you receive your intuitive information?
By being present and clear, Teresa shares what she sees, hears and feels. Teresa is clairvoyant, clairaudient, clairsentient and telepathic. In an intuitive reading, she first connects into the positive universal energy. Then tunes into the client and begins to tap in or connect to his/her energy field. That gives her an insight into his/her inner self. Everything in the universe is made up of energy, once you know how to read energy it’s easy. This energy force also allows me to detach from my presumptions and connect in totally to the clear light to see through the ego’s attempts to block loves presence.
Do you use tarot cards?
In combination with the above skills Teresa uses Tarot cards as a divination tool.
How long are the readings?
The time frames for readings are 15 or 30 minutes.

Does LHS do readings for people outside Australia?
Yes LHS can read anywhere around the globe. However at present, English is the only spoken language.
Do I need to supply any background information about me for the reading to work?
No, not at all. We ask, that you be honest, open minded and willing.
Is 15 or 30 minutes enough time for a reading?
Yes. There will be time to ask questions too.
What is your cancelation and refund policy?
If you cancel with more than 24 hours before your reading, you will receive a full refund. Please take note that a $40 fee applies to all cancellation/re-scheduling requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule your reading due to illness or emergency, please contact LHS as soon as possible.
Do you contact my deceased relative or friend?
No, we do not specialize in mediumship.
Will our consultation be confidential?
Yes, LHS and you are the only people who will be present during the reading. If you choose to share what was said during your reading that is your choice.
Can I record our phone reading?
The reading is recorded for you. It is saved as an MP3 file and sent via a specialised sending large files site to your nominated email address. You must open your file within 2 days otherwise it will not be saved. If you have the equipment to record your reading on your end, you are more than welcome do so also.
Where are in-person readings conducted?
At present LHS conducts phone/Skype readings. BUT check this site as Teresa may appear at special events which will be advertised here
Do I need to do anything special to prepare for a reading?
Give yourself a few moments to think about what you want clarity on before your session. We ask that, if you are using any mind or mood altering substances (drugs or alcohol) that you refrain from having a session if you are under the influence. You are more than welcome to have a reading, we just encourage you to do so when straight or sober.
